I also work out, and have been working out for many years. I spend a lot of time and energy into being fit and having a good build. If you don't spend much effort or energy in taking care of yourself physically then you have already shown where your interests are = elsewhere. I do enjoy sports and working out. They have and DO REQUIRE time, motivation, and effort. I seek the same as well in others.

Other interests: Aviation -I am an Instrument Rated Pilot certificated in both the U. S. & Canada, SCUBA, skiing, football-US, travel, and time with friends.
