NOVEMBER 9, 2009 -- ROPE BONDAGE BASICS

Rope bondage is probably the first and oldest form of physical restraint. It has its own historical traditions within the martial arts of most cultures and today has become a basis for erotic fetish play.

This is the first of a three class series. In this class we will cover the basic elements of erotic rope bondage. The presentation will include the following topics:

• Rope Bondage Traditions: Historical and Contemporary
• Rope Varieties, Handling, Treatment and Care
• Safety Rules: Dangers, Do's and Dont's
• Simple Knots and Wraps
• Basic Bondage Ties: Wrists and Feet

The tutorial and demo will be approximately one hour. There will be opportunity for participants to practice in the second hour. Those who wish to practice should bring some rope and arrange for the attendance of a bondage buddy to practice on. Newcomers and novices are welcome. Men only.

LOCATION: Club Eros, 2051 Market Street, San Francisco

TIME: Monday, November 9, 2009 from 7:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.; Entry is from 7:00 p.m. No charge, no pre-registration is required.
