COVID-19: Fetish Week London 2020- Cancelled

from Recon News

14 April 2020

We hope all of you are safe, well and are following the measures that have been put in place to protect us all from the COVID-19 pandemic.

The pandemic has affected the scene in major ways; you may have seen our announcements concerning our events and the events of our partners. Team Recon have been monitoring the situation closely and have discussed at great lengths what to do regarding Fetish Week London 2020.

The health and safety of our members, attendees, staff and crew is incredibly important to us, and at this stage it is uncertain when bars, venues and clubs will reopen. It's also unclear whether a large-scale event could take place in July risk-free. As such, it is with great sadness that we must announce we have made the decision to cancel Fetish Week London 2020.

Anyone who has already purchased tickets for FWL2020 will automatically receive a refund via Eventbrite as soon as possible.

Team Recon is really disappointed with the outcome of this, but we feel strongly that the responsible thing to do is cancel Fetish Week London 2020, and look forward to returning in July 2021.

Please continue to practice social distancing, use Recon to stay connected with your fellow kinksters around the world, and we shall look forward to seeing you all again in person at an event soon.

Stay safe,
Team Recon.
