On 20 March 2015, our friends at MSC London will be holding this year's Mr Leather UK contest at Expectations, London. Recon will be heading down there to get some pics and chat with contestants and attendees.
Mr Leather UK is an annual competition which is open to any UK based guy into leather gear. The winner holds the title for a year, receives over £500 worth of gear and has the opportunity to attend other global events such as International Man of Leather in Chicago, and Folsom Europe in Berlin. Everyone who enters will also receive a free leather jock and free membership of MSC London/ECMC.
The contest is split into two rounds: the leather round, and the jock and pecs round. The leather round will consist of contestants wearing their best leather gear and being interviewed by Leather Daddy, Greg Mitchell. The jock and pecs round sees contestants wearing a jock and having up to a minute to introduce themselves and say why they'd make a great Mr Leather UK.
Anyone with a taste for leather can enter. You don't need to have a ton of leather gear, you just need to wear what you've got well, be confident in it and be proud to be part of the scene. Contestants will also need to be comfortable representing the MSC London and UK leather community, and be a good ambassador at international events.
The event is free for all guys to attend, with a free bar, hot bar men, and music by international DJ, Brent Nichols, so come down and support your favourite competing leather man!
