Hello Recon Members,
It's been a while since our last update on the development of the new version of the Recon, but we've continued making significant progress with development and we know that you're all waiting for what's coming next.
Thousands of you are already using the pilot version of the new Recon (on web and app), and your feedback has been invaluable in shaping what's next.
We're getting closer to delivering an even better experience for our members and to help us move faster, and focus on bringing more features into the new version, we'll soon begin retiring a few of the less-used features in the current version of the platform. This will allow our developers to dedicate more time and resources towards the features that matter most to you - and help us launch the new Recon in the second quarter of 2026.
Over the coming months, some of the features you'll see removed from the current version include:
• Top 100 list (web only)
• Saved Search (web only)
• Favourite Photos (web only)
• Travel Plans
As we continue developing the new Recon, you may notice a few more of the older features being phased out. We'll keep you updated as these come into effect.
Each change is part of our plan to make the new Recon experience faster, more stable, and adaptable for adding new features in the future.
These changes won't immediately impact your day-to-day use of Recon, but we'd encourage you to start using the new Recon as it becomes even more feature-rich.
We know that this update has been a long time coming, and we truly appreciate your patience and your continued support. We're now closer than ever to bringing you a new Recon that feels familiar, but built with today's kinksters in mind.
